Never been there, but it’s sort of on the bucket list. It’s like 4 hours on the train… or more. Closest I’ve been was when Mrs Vee and I did a mini-tour of NL on the motorbikes.
It was Austin Powers that swung me as well Scott! He’s quiet our beloved Mike Myers isn’t he? I reckon Trump didn’t attend as it would be awkward having him sit next to Dr. Evil! I am enjoying it despite the fact I have to navigate the i player at seven am each morning. Nice article:)
I wasn’t pleased for him, not even deep down. I hate that stupid countdown to kickoff. Otherwise very much getting into the World Cup swing - an 11pm kick off for Scotland v Morocco is way past my bedtime but I’m going to give it a go 🙂 I’m a bit of a lightweight 😂
Great recap. I love the World Cup, and try to push to the sides the negatives to enjoy attacking goal-filled exotic games between far flung places like Narnia vs Westeros.
