John Gibson pointed out that Kelly’s favoured foot is actually his right, which surprised me as he’s nearly always played left, and was whipping in some great crosses for Bournemouth last year with his left. Before reading that I’d assumed Burn would simply shuffle over for Kelly, but maybe so maybe not. If I think back over the years to all the different centre back pairings, they didn’t always have to have a lefty and a righty anyway. Remember Kelly cost 20m from Bristol to Bournemouth under Eddie, an earlier Botman, still the same age. He’s had a moderately shakey start (like all wa team) but I’m sure he’s a good player either side. Anyway- Happy new year to all (and it certainly has been lately!) Spurs next!
Keep the young and noisy fans together and near the pitch especially corners & behind goals. One off tourist fans and corporate should have seats further back along one side for better views that cost more.
I went to the 2.1 win in 2022 and thought the Spurs atmosphere was better in their new ground, certainly not soulless and much easier to get in and around than Ipswich last month!
Not many options for replacing Schär. Might be too soon for Botman who in any case is left-sided. Kafth is the obvious deputy but he is injured. Kelly seems the most likely but is also left-sided so the balance is still impacted. Alex Murphy has not made the bench recently and is also left-sided. Could Livramento play there? With KT at RB?
I think midfield we are strong - if we assume the first choice is big Joe, Bruno and Sandro, we have Willock, Longstaff and Miley who are all well capable of doing a job (accepting that little Joe is struggling for fitness/form at the moment but hopefully he gets it back).
If Schar is suspended who would maintain the balance of last 5 weeks and replace him?

Son is not too good for them, he's a shadow of his former self atm.

Also given midfield’s ability to collect yellows, not a criticism, its part of the game, should how bring someone as a utility player?
